Information you provide. By using Tallyvate, you provide your name, contact details, company and title, along with any additional information you choose to submit, such as a photo, a biography, and records of one-on-ones, referrals and closed business.

Access to your information. Members of your group can view your directory profile, including your email address and phone number. Your group's administrators can also view your application and activity. The Tallyvate team may access your information as needed to operate the service and provide support.

Third-party services. Tallyvate relies on third-party service providers, including Vercel for hosting and Resend for email delivery. If you use the biography writer, your details and website content are sent to Anthropic to generate a draft.

Security. The Tallyvate team uses reasonable efforts to protect your information. Passwords are stored in hashed form, and each organization's data is kept separate. However, no system is completely secure, and the security of your information cannot be guaranteed. Please do not submit highly sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers or payment card numbers.
